We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting various departments. You will focus on learning how our organization runs.
Research and organize hotel information into a structured Excel catalog.
Contacts hotels directly to assist with the negotiation of corporate rates and get local contract signed.
Assist with the negotiated rates and partnerships terms.
Create a PowerPoint presentations to share with different departments .
Be the liaison with our travel agency to make sure they have access to our corporate rates in Sabre.
Assist with the preparation of internal communications to be distributed to Hotels, travel agency and business areas.

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business or related discipline.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English (Written and spoken).
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills.
Organized, proactive, and detailed-oriented.
Experience in hospitality, travel or partnerships is a plus.
