You will collaborate withvarious external & internal stakeholders and support the regional team in different projects, contributing to thetransformation of the distribution channel.
This is your chance to gain insights and valuable practical experience in the financial services and insuranceindustry, more specifically in the areas of corporate strategy and distribution, all while working in an internationalenvironment with extensive regional exposure to various markets in Asia.
1. Support analysis regarding distribution management activities via management dashboards and reportsinthe areas of distribution and corporate strategy (e.g. financial KPIs, growth metrics, competitor analysisetc.)
2. Analyze current trends, key players, and market developments across Asia
3. Review of company financials, growth drivers, economic factors changing the insurance landscape in Asia
4. Provide data analysis and interpretation of relevant agency, bancassurance, customer & market data
5. Contribute to and support the regional growth strategy to transform the distribution channel
6. Project management on ad-hoc strategic initiatives in relation to development & execution of distributionecosystem strategies
7. Manage internal and external stakeholders across the region
8. Support the creation of convincing market development pitches
1. Penulitmate year undergraduate in a Bachelor's programme in Business, Economics, Accountancy, or anyrelated fields
2. Keen interest in financial services, consulting
3. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
4. Excellent command of Powerpoint and Excel
5. Self-driven and independent working style
6. Effective communication skills with a team-oriented approach
7. Prior work experience in a consulting environment preferred
8. 5 to 6 months availability (Start Jan 2026), with eligibility to intern in Singapore
9. AI-skills, ChatGPT or Copilot an advantage
