Job Description
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and actively source suitable candidates
- Conduct talent mapping to analyze the talent landscape and identify potential candidates. Utilize various sourcing channels to attract talent
- Provide end to end support of key recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, planning logistics and coordinating candidate communications
- Support the team in internal engagement events
- Assist in preparing communication materials for internal communication channels
- Support in ad-hoc tasks and projects for other HR verticals as required
Requirements
- Students majoring in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or IT equivalent field
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem solving
- Meticulous with a keen eye for details and organized
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
