- Data analysis: Pull and analyze HR reports, integrate insights, and provide clear recommendations using analytics and AI tools. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Project management: Support the execution of HR programs and projects that enhance employee experience and operational excellence.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Assist in implementing HR processes into the lived experiences of employees, managers, and leaders.
- Champion the practical adoption of AI tools within the HR team.

βQualificationsβ
Required Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Masterβs degree in Human Resources, MBA, or related field (graduation date July 2027 or later).
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, data analytics, business, statistics, or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in academic or professional settings.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
