As a Graduate Technology Associate, you will begin with an intensive 4-month internal training program, preparing you to directly work with our clients. What will be your key Roles and Responsibilities?

• Requirements Gathering: Engaging with stakeholders to effectively gather and analyze business requirements to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives
• Design: Collaborate in creating innovative and scalable solutions but contributing to the design phase of projects, adhering to best practices
• Architecture: Assist in defining and establishing the architecture of systems and applications to ensure they meet the technical requirements and business needs
• Development: Write clean, efficient and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices for application development
• Testing: Participate in the testing process, ensuring that the software meets all functional and non-functional requirements before deployment
• Implementation: Assist in the deployment of solutions, ensuring smooth and successful transitions to the production environment
• Support post-implementation activities to resolve any issues, ensuring the system operates optimally
• Warranty & Transition: Facilitate the transition of projects from development to production, ensuring smooth handovers and minimal business operations
• Production Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for applications in production to ensure business continuity
• Maintenance: Help in maintaining and enhancing existing applications, ensuring they remain up to date and aligned with evolving business needs
• Knowledge Management: Contribute to the knowledge management initiatives by documenting process, lessons learning and sharing best practices

What is needed to be considered for Infosys’ Graduate Program:
Essential:

• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Sciences or related
• 0-2 years of working experience
• Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

• Java programming with SQL database experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving skills
