What you might work on

• Taking part in our thoughtfully designed induction to gain insights into our business and connect with your graduate cohort
• Joining on a full-time permanent basis and receiving on-the-job training and coaching to develop business acumen and investment expertise
• Studying towards an industry-recognised professional qualification to strengthen your technical knowledge
• Applying your learning to real-world business challenges and contributing to impactful solutions
• Completing rotations across different teams over two years to gain a broad range of experiences
• Working with investment teams across public and private markets and gaining exposure to diverse geographies, markets and products
• Growing your professional network and collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver results
• Developing the skills and experience needed for a successful career in investment management

Who we’re looking for:

First and foremost, we’re looking for graduates with curiosity and a strong desire to learn. You don’t need prior industry experience, but we’ll want to see that you have the skills and mindset to grow quickly. These include:

• Achieved 2.1 Degree in any subject – we are open to all subject backgrounds
• B in A Level Maths
• Curious, motivated and have a desire to learn more about a career in Investment Management
• Analytical mind-set
• Great communication skills
• Flexible and a team-player
• High levels of energy, dynamism and commitment
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
