This is your opportunity to engage in impactful internship (mandatory or non-mandatory) or thesis projects that contribute to essential products consumers rely on daily. During your internship, you will have the chance to lead your own technical project, apply your skills, and enhance your capabilities. You will collaborate with colleagues from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds, receiving support and mentoring for your professional development along with access to various training opportunities.
THE EVENT
During this immersive 1.5-day event, you will have the opportunity to:
- Gain deep insights into P&G R&D and our cutting-edge technology for smart consumer devices.
- Experience how various functions, including Mechanical Design, Electronic Design & Software Development, Data Science, Material Science, and Process Development, collaborate seamlessly towards our vision.
- Challenge yourself with a real case study focused on creating a new product, guided by R&D experts.
- Explore our state-of-the-art R&D Labs and witness where innovation comes to life.
- Network with R&D managers and young professionals to gain a firsthand understanding of daily operations.
- Get to know potential thesis or internship topics in R&D.

Job Qualifications
YOUR PROFILE
- You are a student pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Embedded Software, Mechanical Engineering, (Bio) Medical Engineering, Process Engineering, Physics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- You reside within Europe.
- You are enthusiastic about solving complex technical challenges and bringing innovative product ideas to fruition.
- You have a keen interest in developing device software and/or hardware concepts.
- You are motivated to manage multifunctional device projects.
- You are available for a minimum of 3 months and up to 12 months for an internship, with flexible start dates on the 1st of each month. For thesis projects, please plan for a duration of 6 months.
- You possess proficient communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
