Fund and Data Reporting Analyst 2
Overview of Role/Principle Responsibilities:
The Analyst 2 is a highly skilled expert in their team's processes and outputs, capable of executing all tasks with autonomy. Equipped with a strong technology skillset, including data analysis tools, programming languages, and automation technologies, they are empowered to critically evaluate and challenge existing methodologies. This enables them to leverage technological solutions to drive continuous change, optimise workflows, and seize opportunities for process enhancement and efficiency improvements. This allows scalability due to rapid changing regulatory environment in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run the day-to-day production of Fund and Data Reporting.
- Process Evaluation and Optimisation. Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement using advanced data analysis and automation tools.
- Ensure fund data are reported accurately and successfully.
- Take ownership of processes and ensure adherence to controls and sign-off processes.
- Manage and resolve issues related to reporting.
- Utilise programming languages and database management skills to efficiently handle and analyse large datasets, providing actionable insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Manage the team mailbox and ensure timely responses.
- Contribute to Management Information (MI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Manage stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and prototype innovative tech solutions that could be used to address unique challenges within regulatory processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders and contribute to discussions with Product Development, Client Group, Legal and Compliance
Requirements
- At least 1.5 years of experience in Fund and Data Reporting.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Demonstrate a solution-focused mindset, actively seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Display an inquisitive nature, always looking for ways to learn and grow.
