Description

The candidate would be responsible for developing and deploying risk based automations including building analytical frameworks for FORGE internal metrics. The selected candidate would also be required to build simple reports, take up dive-deep requests, make changes to existing analytical frameworks and provide adhoc data support to FinOps stakeholders. The person should have a good understanding of the business requirement , gather the relevant information needed for the review and /or automation and the ability to quickly get to the root cause of a particular reporting/ audit review or data issue. Based on the dive deep research, the candidate should be able to draft solutions for resolution. The ideal candidate would be high on attention to detail, bias for action and interest in analytics/BI and risk-based automations.



Some of the key areas include but not limited to:


- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing risk based automations, internal metrics, reports, analysis, dashboards, etc. of FORGE to drive accuracy, precision and completeness by validating data with underlying resources
- Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external, if needed) to understand and automate/ enhance existing processes
- Should be open to learn and develop skillsets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques
- Should understand how data/analytical frameworks are built and the ability to analyze and propose the solutions that works best for different category of problems and
- Should be able to come up with innovative ideas for new risk based automations based on the dive-deep or process overviews that the business would provide to improve existing processes



Basic qualifications


- 1 year of data analytics or automation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer Science or equivalent
- Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions
- Expertise with visualization tools such as Quicksight, Tableau or Power BI



Preferred qualifications


- Experience in Python, C++, Java, Linux and AWS Services

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
- Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience scripting in Python or Javascript
