Key job responsibilities

- Develop partnerships across Operations and use data to influence leadership decision-making

- Guide team members and business partners on how to execute financing modeling and analysis for new initiatives

- Lead long- and short-term financial planning, including financial reviews with senior business partners (including Director and above)

- Manage competing priorities to complete both ad-hoc and strategic projects

- Seek opportunities to resolve defects and reduce cost-to-serve

- Improve, scale, and simplify finance tools across teams and organizations

- Communicate financial insights (both written and verbal) in a clear and concise manner. Adapt communication based on intended audience to clearly articulate complex financial considerations.

- Promote a positive and collaborative culture.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
- 1+ years of finance experience
- 1+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
- 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience in TM1, Data Warehouse and SQL
