About the role
As Event & Community Coordinator, you support the planning and execution of all Payhawk experiences – from our owned Future CFO community events to 3rd-party conferences, webinars, and brand ambassador activations.
Your mission is to make sure everything runs smoothly, on time, and on brand: the right people in the room, a high-quality experience on the day, and clean handover of leads and insights back into the business. You’ll be the operational backbone of Payhawk’s Experiential Marketing team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who loves details, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow their career in B2B experiential and community marketing.
Key responsibilities
- Support planning & delivery of Payhawks “Future CFO” events including all logistics, venue and supplier coordination, run-of-show documents, schedules and on-the-day operations
- Execute 3rd-party event presence, working internally and with external agency partners. , ensuring brand assets, messaging, and collateral are up to date and consistent with our overall positioning.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development on pre and post event actions including outreach and post event followups
- Coordinate webinars & digital experiences working closely with our Global Content and Product Marketing teams
- Community & relationship management - support relationship-building with new and existing speakers, partners, and Payhawk ambassadors
- Data, operations & reporting - ensure accurate event tracking across tools and CRM, and support pre- and post-event lead management with Experiential Marketing, Marketing Ops, and BDR/Sales
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination, field marketing, or operations in a B2B, SaaS, or agency environment.
- Highly detail orientated - lists, timelines, and checklists make you happy.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable working in English across multiple markets, and collaborating with colleagues to adapt for local needs.
- A second European language (e.g., French, Spanish, or German) is a strong advantage for regional event coordination and speaker/partner communication.
