About the Role & Program

‍

The Content Operations team works tirelessly so viewers don’t have to wonder about the β€œhow”. We want the sole focus of the fans at home to be on the score, the play, the win. An internship in Content Operations means a look behind the scenes at how your team gets on the air.

Behind each great game is an array of technical, organizational, and business-minded teams that each have an integral part in creating a successful and seamless broadcast. The Teams’ contributions to each broadcast range between collaboration with production, managing in-house control rooms, securing crew, mobile units, transmission resources, and more.

This is a 16-week internship based in Bristol, CT from January 12th through May 1, 2026.
