About the Internship
The DWS Internship is an opportunity to gain a wide range of practical experience. Individual projects, participation in speaker sessions and networking events will all be part of the internship. As our Marketing DWS Intern you will:
- Support Event Coordination - help coordinate all events, onsite & virtual from beginning to end: preparation of invites, booking in platform if virtual event, coordination of registration, pre-event & post-event actions, contact relevant stakeholders, etc.
- Coordinate and implement client email communications – coordination of content for the different newsletters: preparation of templates in Sales Force Marketing Cloud (mass mailing tool), process relevant compliance checks of content, send out, etc.
- Coordinate and implement social media – implement the social media post within out SoMe platform Sprinklr
- Perform Website Content Management – coordinate the content that should be updated in the website, keep the content updated, implement campaigns, etc.
- Elaborate on other tasks within the department - may include invoicing process, elaboration of statistics reports to measure result of actions, campaign implementations, etc.
We’re looking for:
- Student (Bachelor or Master) in the field of Business Administration / Marketing / Digital Marketing / Digital Business / Communications
- Good knowledge and experience in the use of digital marketing tools
- Very good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication, written and proof-reading skills
- Fluency in German and English
- Very good analytical and MS Office skills
- Ability to simultaneously work independently as well as a being a good team player
- Student enrolled in penultimate or last year of study, or on a gap year in between Bachelor and Master’s degree.
- Candidate available for 6 months as of January 2026
