About the Role & Program:

As the YouTube Creative & Programming Intern at TWDC Studios Digital Marketing, you’ll dive into the heart of storytelling, entertainment, and creative development alongside the YouTube team for Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and Pixar channels. This role is designed for a passionate and driven college-level student eager to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of digital entertainment production and digital content distribution. You will work closely with the team, learning the ins and outs of video and digital content creation, from concept to execution to release. This internship is a full-time, six-month commitment in the NY, NY area from January 2026-June 2026.

What You Will Do:

• Support the creative production process to gain a holistic understanding of content creation and the collaborative nature of our projects for Made for Kids and General Audience channels
• Utilize Adobe Premiere and Photoshop to assist in simple video editing and creating thumbnails as well as other compelling content for the Marvel YouTube channel
• Aid the team with comparative research analysis to understand market trends, audience preferences, and competitive content
• Work alongside the team to curate engaging content for YouTube Shorts and YouTube Community
• Assist in pulling assets for upcoming projects, brainstorming ideas, and developing programming calendars
• Assist the team in creative ideas for titles, thumbnails, and descriptive copy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and Photoshop
• Proficient in Keynote, Google Slides, and/or Power Point
• An understanding and interest in the YouTube platform and products
• Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• A keen interest in the entertainment industry, with a passion for Marvel’s characters and storylines

Education:

• Junior or Senior year preferred
• Major or previous coursework in Film, Digital Media, Communications, or related major preferred

Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:

Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
• Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information:

• Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship

• The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 – June 2026

• Candidate should be fully available to work full-time hours (approximately 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship  

• This internship is currently in the office Monday through Thursday and work from home on Fridays, subject to change without notice

• Able to provide own housing and transportation for work in the NY, NY area
