Role:

Responsible for the analysis of demand, projection and preparation of the production plan. As well as comply with the requirements of customers in a timely manner.

What You Will Do:

• Demand monitoring
• Tracking customer order change requests
• Main contact for customers and demand requests
• Primary production planning contact to manage customer priorities in production
• Analysis of capacity levels and monthly production
• Creating Production Plans
• Supplementary material for S&OP

Degree Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree

• English level: Intermediate/Advanced Conversational

What skills the ideal candidate will have:

Data Gathering & Analysis

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in obtaining and analyzing data using Excel.
• Identify trends and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Planning: Tactical & Strategic

• Develop short- and long-term demand forecasts based on historical and future projections.
• Actively participate in S&OP cycles and create production scenarios.

Analytical Thinking

• Intermedia's ability to visualize complex problems, identify root causes, and critically evaluate information.
• Proactive in looking for methods that improve accuracy.

Effective Communications

• Intermediate to advanced ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop consensus meetings with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.

Demand Management

• Know and be able to develop forecasting techniques. (Intermediate to Advanced level)
• Collaborate with customers to validate forecasts and manage demand volatility based on capacity.

The best candidates will also have:

• Advanced knowledge in SAP, Excel, Power Point

• Shift: Monday to Friday
