1. 负责AIGC（生成式人工智能）技术在游戏领域的应用与落地，包括NPC对话生成、游戏环境构建、任务剧情设计、角色建模、动画生成、关卡设计、角色行为建模、智能NPC、游戏音乐等；
2. 负责游戏领域文本生成（如ChatGPT、GPT4等）、图像生成（如Diffusion、GAN、VAE等）、声音及视频生成技术的研发，研究风格迁移、生成对抗网络、条件GAN等技术，实现个性化、多样化的游戏体验，并高效地将算法集成到游戏内容生产流程及实时渲染中；
3. 负责大模型循证数据分析推理能力建设，通过改进模型架构、优化训练算法等手段，使模型能够更精准地基于数据进行推理分析，为游戏业务决策提供坚实的数据支撑。构建和完善循证数据分析推理的评测体系，对模型性能进行量化评估，及时发现问题并提出针对性的解决方案，持续优化模型推理能力。
4. 探索前沿AIGC技术研究，持续关注行业大模型的最新进展，并根据行业未来需求进行技术突破，实现短期和长期商业价值；同时密切关注AIGC技术的伦理与安全应用。
1.26 届和 27 届在校硕博生，计算机科学、数学、统计学、人工智能等相关专业。有丰富游戏经验者优先。
2.深入理解机器学习、深度学习的基本原理和算法，如神经网络、决策树、支持向量机、强化学习等，具备一定的算法实践经验。有在ACL、EMNLP、CVPR、NIPS、ICLR、AAAI、KDD等领域顶级会议发表论文的经验者优先。
3.熟练掌握 Python 编程语言，熟悉常用的机器学习和深度学习框架，如 TensorFlow、PyTorch 等，能够独立进行模型开发和训练。了解游戏引擎（如Unity、Unreal Engine等）的基本原理及使用方法熟悉者优先。
4.对大模型/智能体技术有较大热情，具备大模型/智能体开发经验。
