We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data & Insights Analyst to join our Business Optimization team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, generating actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role

Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Big Data, SQL, Python and data visualization tools like Tableau.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting

Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
