Palpable Score

74
/ 100
MSCI is a solid early-career choice if you want a mix of finance and technology, because the company runs a structured 9-week summer internship and backs this with clear candidate guidance for technology hiring. The biggest strengths are transparency on interview stages in tech and visible investment in onboarding and learning tools, while the main limits are thin published data on intern conversion and early-career progression outcomes.
