We are looking for a Legal Trainee to join us from mid-December for six months. While our preference is for a full-time trainee, we are open to considering candidates interested in part-time work as well.

In this role, you will support global stakeholders in contract signing processes, review corporate governance documents, assist in managing Nokia’s entities, and provide guidance on related rules and policies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in a truly international environment. Your responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to global stakeholders throughout the contract signing process
• Respond to inquiries regarding sales contract management from the global organization
• Address matters related to legal entity management and participate in additional assigned projects

Your skills and experience

You have:

• A background of 1-3 years in law studies at a university with basic understanding of contract law
• Good O365 -skills
• Fluency in both written and oral English and Finnish
• Attention to detail and ability to take initiative

It would be nice if you also had:

• Flexible attitude and fast learning skills
• Can-do attitude and enjoying of working independently
• Previous work experience gained at a law firm and/or as part of a company in-house legal team
• Strong and positive interpersonal skills and a proactive and diligent approach to accomplishing tasks
