A bit about the job:

As a Corporate Governance Associate, you’ll support the Head of Corporate Governance in delivering high-quality governance advice and support to the Aviva Group.

‍

This role sits within the Aviva plc Corporate Governance team and therefore has a strong listed company focus.  You’ll help ensure compliance with legislation and regulation such as the Companies Act, Financial Conduct Authority Listing Rules, the UK Corporate Governance Code, and the UK Market Abuse Regulation. You’ll also support the Aviva plc Board and its Committees. This is a hands-on role in a dynamic and supportive team, offering fantastic development opportunities.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• A keen interest in corporate governance
• A commitment to undertake and complete the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively, self-motivated and eager to learn

• Starting salary between £35,000 and £40,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
