As an Analyst in the Local Market Sales Team, you support the delivery of FX and Rates services to corporate clients. You help clients access market research, respond to daily requests, and ensure accurate post-trade processes. You play a vital role in maintaining client trust, supporting compliance, and contributing to the team’s success in the local market.
Job responsibilities
- Support FX and Rates transaction services for corporate clients in the local market
- Provide relevant research materials on FX and Rates outlooks and forecasts
- Maintain consistent coverage of FX and Rates products to meet client requirements
- Respond to daily client requests and needs with professionalism and accuracy
- Build trust by understanding client needs and communicating desk ideas clearly
- Help maintain healthy, sustainable relationships with corporate clients
- Assist with KYC procedures, including reviewing client business models and classification forms
- Support post-trade processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls
- Follow firm policies for risk management and comply with legal and regulatory rules
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of client coverage and product offerings

- Academic background in finance, economics, or related field
- Strong client service orientation and communication skills
