Main responsibilities:

• Claims management, collection processes: monitoring non-paying customers, maintaining contact with customers (via email, in English/German)
• Managing and recording customer data (contact details, bank details) in SAP
• Coordinating with other departments, e.g. customer service
• Report analysis: tracking invoices awaiting collection, credits awaiting payment, investigating late payments. Preparing reports on the receivables portfolio

About you

Experience:

• Ongoing university studies (active student status)
• Min. 20 -hour availability/week
• Previous experience is an advantage, but not a requirement

Hard and Soft Skills:

• At least user level Excel skills required
• Must be interested, communicative, and a team player
• Able to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately by the deadline

Education:

Diploma on Economics/Trade/Foreign Trade/Logistics/Finance

English-German language skills required (including written)
