
The Business Development team is at the forefront of many exciting licensing activities. As a Representative in our team, you will be key to the success of the translation licensing function, working with publishing partners to bring Cambridge content to new learners globally.
You will help to expand the reach of Cambridge content across EMEA and Latin America, working closely with international publishing partners and internal teams to ensure smooth, effective licensing processes.
You will contribute to the success of our busy Business Development team by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, deepening your understanding of new publishing programmes each season, and representing Cambridge at key industry events. You will collaborate across functions and geographies, helping to drive sales and maintain high standards in how we serve authors and the academic community.
This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. You are an excellent communicator with a natural ability to build positive, productive relationships. You approach your work with focus and care, balancing accuracy with strong organisational skills that help you stay on top of shifting priorities. You are fully proficient across Microsoft 365, and comfortable navigating business systems, including CRM tools. You demonstrate initiative, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across different teams and time zones.
