Description

Our team, F3 Retail Support (F3RS), primarily supports the Amazon US Grocery Delivery business and its various verticals, including vendor, instock, and marketing managers, as well as distribution, selection, and pricing teams based in the US who have a direct impact on customer experience.

The Optimization & Excellence Program supports, coordinates, and facilitates structured improvement mechanisms that align with overall F3 business goals. Our team is looking for a top-notch Business Analyst who can transform complex operational data into clear, actionable insights by analyzing performance metrics and creating comprehensive dashboards that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will conduct root cause analysis on operational inefficiencies, develop data-driven solutions, and maintain forecasting models for resource planning.

They will present executive-level reports and recommendations while ensuring data quality and accuracy in operational reporting. Additionally, they will proactively identify trends that impact performance and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency across different business units.

Key job responsibilities


• Create and maintain operational reports to track key business metrics
• Support short-term planning and forecasting
• Drive real-time adherence to expected capacity against actual performance to achieve service levels and efficiency metric goals
• Monitor and analyze efficiency metrics across different business units
• Work autonomously to meet targets and timelines
• Analyze metrics, identify performance trends, and report data to management
• Foster effective relationships with both individual contributors and management in a team environment • Provide insights, support, and participate in business reviews as required
• Liaise with PMs and OMs to aid in communicating all policies related to process discipline
• Develop recommendations for process optimization and efficiency improvements

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis or operations
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience in analyzing operational metrics and KPIs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with data mining on large datasets
- Experience in creating and maintaining dashboards
- Experience with SQL or ETL

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence, or experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Background in service operations or contact center environments
