Asset Transition Analyst

12-month Fixed-term Contract

Location: York, Bristol or Leatherhead based (50% hybrid working)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 - depending on experience

A bit about the job:

You’ll join the Wealth Investments Transitions team, supporting the onboarding, transfer, or restructuring of pension scheme business across our key platforms—NGP, My Money, and Unisure. These transitions are complex and impact multiple areas across Aviva. Your role will be to help deliver these projects on time and to a high standard, while minimising risk and ensuring a smooth experience for members. You’ll also be encouraged to challenge how we do things and suggest improvements.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Strong Excel skills, including use of complex formulas
• Analytical and numerical mindset
• Experience with DC pensions (trust and contract arrangements)
• Ability to manage your own workload and stay calm under pressure
• Understanding of investments including investment solutions, insured funds, unit pricing, and their relationship with underlying assets would be advantageous

Due to this being a role in scope for Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) it is a prerequisite that you are not currently bankrupt and do not have an unspent conviction for a serious criminal offence, in applying for this role you are certifying that you satisfy both of these requirements.
