Description

Amazon’s Finance Operations Operational Readiness Team (ORT) is seeking an ORT Analyst to support operational readiness across FinOps AR processes for new business launches, geographical expansions, compliance changes, and functional enhancements. This role will work with global teams including PMO, AR Launch Team, FinTech, FOAA, Accounting, Tax, and operations to ensure processes are practical and ready for operational release.


Key Responsibilities:


• Support the integration of new businesses and initiatives onto O2C platforms following established procedures
• Assist in developing and executing test scripts for AR processes
• Participate in UAT and PVT testing activities under guidance
• Document testing results and track issues to resolution
• Support the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with process documentation and performance metrics tracking
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project deliverables
• Participate in hypercare activities post-launch
• Escalate complex issues or deviations from standard processes appropriately


Basic Qualifications

- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and commerce (B. Com)
- 1+ years of experience in finance operations, project coordination, or related field
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable end to end processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Possess ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate excellent team player qualities with good interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organization
- Familiarity with project management concepts
