Solution Design & Architecture

Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions tailored to business needs.
Integrate FICO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and WM.

Business Process Analysis
Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Configuration & Customization
Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, Assets Accounting, AR, AP, Banking/Treasury, Controlling, COPA, etc.).
Customize functionalities using user exits, BADIs, and enhancement points.

Project / Team Leadership
Lead SAP FICO implementation or upgrade projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Team Mentorship
Guide junior consultants and provide training to end-users. Review deliverables and ensure adherence to best practices.

‍

Issue Resolution & Support
Handle escalated support tickets and critical issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes.

‍

Documentation & Compliance
Maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test cases. Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• SAP functional background
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO.
• Experience with Fiori apps, ABAP debugging, and integration tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodologies.
• Relevant degree (Bachelor/ Master’s degree)
