In this Global Future Leaders role, you will be part of The Corporate Strategic Alliances team is a team built on trust, collaboration, velocity, insights, and expertise. Through organization-wide collaboration our team of diverse professionals seeks to extend Lenovo’s business solutions, generate incremental revenue, enhance existing Alliance partnerships, and develop new industry partnerships. We are searching for an Alliances Program Specialist to support our business. The ideal candidate has the ability to establish trust and thrive in a matrixed ever-changing organization. You must embody the Lenovo values of entrepreneurship, innovation, customer obsession, and building trust across global teams. You must be comfortable contributing to developing strategy at the senior executive level as well as performing hands-on execution. You must be an excellent written and oral communicator, internally and externally, who can project manage insights into results.
• Collaborate on identifying and building joint initiatives for our senior leaders from Lenovo and our partners including the accompanying sales motions, marketing investment plans, and regular cadences with Product, Geo, and Sales teams
• Track and manage partner funding, allocation, and objectives with exceptional level of attention to detail and build reports used at a senior executive level
• Analyze partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes, and report on key metrics to stakeholders
• Communicate partner programs and processes to internal teams to drive adoption and understanding
• Articulate complex issues and provide appropriate support to internal team members
• Support Internal and External EBRs, QBRs, and Executive cadences/touchpoints
