Job Description
- Develop AI and LLM solutions based on business requirements using approaches such as RAG architecture on enterprise data.
- Train, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML models using Databricks.
- Prepare and augment training datasets for models.
- Collaborate with data scientists and Full stack ai engineers, and domain experts on cross-functional projects using Databricks Workspaces.
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML technologies and Databricks best practices
Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with the latest techniques in LLM, LVM, RAG, fine-tuning, and deploying with tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and foundation models.
- 2+ years of hands-on development experience, using typical machine learning and data science tools such as pandas, scikit-learn, and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Familiarity developing with Databricks products and services.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD.
- Strong communication, documentation, and white-boarding skills.
- Strong interest in collaboration, learning, and driving value through ML.
- Business-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Strongly Preferred
- Databricks certifications.
- Experience in building and deploying AI/ML models using Databricks products.
- Working knowledge of at least one major cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Azure certifications.
- Experience building Chatbots and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini.
- Knowledge in LLM actual use cases.
- Experience working with a geographically distributed and cross-functional team including systems integrators and third-party companies.
