Key job responsibilities
1. Seller Engagement and Relationship Management: Serve as the single, dedicated contact for a portfolio of sellers throughout their compliance journey. Build strong relationships by ensuring clear, accurate, and timely communication. Execute structured outreach plans, including proactive contacts, biweekly follow-ups, and pre-enforcement outreach. Educate sellers on compliance requirements and guide them through necessary documentation and actions.

2. Case Management and Documentation: Manage all seller interactions through a centralized mechanism to ensure complete visibility and consistency. Accurately log all actions, communications, and documents to maintain high data integrity and audit readiness. Monitor progress across all applicable legislations, ensuring timely updates and closure of cases.

3. Progress and Problem Solving: Drive seller progress toward compliance by removing blockers and escalating issues as needed. Identify recurring themes or seller pain points and provide feedback to internal stakeholders for process improvement. Partner closely with SMEs to ensure smooth resolution of complex cases.

4. Inbound Support and Regain Activities: Respond promptly to inbound requests via available channels, providing expert guidance. Support enforced sellers through targeted regain outreach and education, helping them return to compliant status quickly.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: English & Spanish
PROCESS TYPE: Voice Process (Inbound and Outbound Calling)
SHIFT REQUIREMENTS: Rotational Shifts and Week Offs (should be flexible to work as per business requirements)

Basic Qualifications

- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level
