Successful candidates will be hired through CPL for the duration of the programme.

The manufacturing site in Newbridge, Co Kildare, offers specialized expertise in complex oral solids and capabilities ranging from pilot to commercial scale.  

The facility has over 25 years of experience in contract manufacturing and supplying medicines to patients around the globe. The site is 800-colleague strong, with 10,000+ years of collective expertise.

What we offer you:

• 2-year programme rotating into 4 different areas of the business
• Personal and professional development guided by a placement framework
• Dedicated mentor throughout the programme
• Opportunity to participate in projects during each rotation
• Responsibility for the management of various day to day operations in each rotation
• Involvement in cross site projects
• Involvement in site cultural and social initiatives

You will be:

• Excited and motivated about challenges, innovation, and change
• Passionate about your field of expertise
• A graduate from Engineering or Science disciplines (2024, 2025 or 2026)
• Available to start in September 2026
