We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Junior Talent & Campus Recruiting team.

You’ll get to:

• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
• support the talent selection process for our Campus & Junior Talent programs
• support our recruiting team with key processes, such as interview schedule and onboarding initiation
• participate in the planning and execution of events
• support regional and global projects
• bring fresh ideas how to manage our programs and processes

Your team

You'll be part of the Talent Attraction & Campus Recruiting team based in Zurich, but we’re part of a team with colleagues all over the world. You'll play a role in positioning UBS among diverse, top students to proactively attract, recruit and hire the next generation of employees to drive the success and growth of our firm.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:
• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• has ideally knowledge of the Swiss educational landscape
• is proactive, has a "can-do" attitude as well as a service-oriented mindset
• fluent in English and either German, French or Italian

Your program

This paid internship will last 6 months, where you’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
