The Human Resources function is critical to our business success and works side-by-side with Leaders, Managers and Employees across the company. Our Human Resources Analyst Development Program (HRADP) is the premier entry level program to accelerate your career as a future leader in Human Resources. Working here means joining a collaborative, supportive, high-performing team. The program will provide what you need to be successful, including training, mentoring, access to subject matter experts and high-impact projects that challenge and grow your skills.

As a Full Time Analyst in the Human Resources Analyst Development Program, you will participate in a program for top students who are pursuing a career in Human Resources. The program includes robust training, unique networking opportunities, and meaningful day-to-day work. Youโ€™ll learn traditional Human Resource practices, spanning Recruiting, Talent & Employee Experience, Compensation, Employee Relations, and more. Youโ€™ll also be immersed in cutting-edge, next-generation HR capabilities, including data analytics, design thinking, and other commercial skills.

Throughout the two-year program, you will engage in three distinct eight-month rotations across various HR functions, allowing you to explore different facets of the field and develop a well-rounded expertise. Youโ€™ll have the opportunity to build your network, interact with Senior Leaders, expand your professional skills through a continuous learning journey consisting of in-hub classroom training and on demand online training, and gain experience in a diverse environment. The program is designed to give you an exceptional foundation that will set you up for success for the rest of your HR career. You will be challenged, you will grow, and you will gain essential skills for the dynamic, fast-paced business environment. Once youโ€™ve successfully completed the two year HR Analyst Development Program, there will be opportunity for advancement within the HR function based on your performance and role availability.

About the company

JPMorganChase

Company overview
JPMorganChase is a global financial services group that operates consumer banking under the Chase brand and wholesale banking under the J.P. Morgan brand. JPMorganChase serves retail customers, small businesses, corporates, governments, and institutional investors across products like payments, lending, markets, investment banking, and asset and wealth management. JPMorganChase also runs large technology and operations organisations that support these businesses at scale. JPMorganChase reports operations worldwide and employs hundreds of thousands of people globally.

Locations and presence

JPMorganChase operates globally, with major early-career hiring hubs across the United States, the United Kingdom, and Asia-Pacific (including large operations and technology sites). For many corporate roles, JPMorganChase moved to a more office-based model from March 2025 for staff previously on hybrid schedules, and some functions remain location-tied.

Palpable Score

76.4
/ 100
JPMorganChase is one of the most accessible big-name employers for graduates because JPMorganChase runs a very wide set of internships, analyst programmes, and apprenticeships across business, operations, and technology. The trade-off is that the recruitment experience can feel heavy and variable by division, and the overall work model is more office-first than many peers. Early-career progression looks credible through rotations, cohort programmes, and a faster analyst-to-associate track in some areas, but JPMorganChase does not publish consistent conversion and retention metrics by programme.
