We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Technology Graduate Talent Program.
• participate in the design and development of integrations using cloud-based SAP technologies
• collaborate with subject matter experts on various SAP services and products
• work on strategic SAP implementations and interact directly with vendor product management teams
• gain hands-on experience with the latest SAP products, including HANA, Event Mesh, Datasphere, and Business Technology Platform.
You would be working in the ‘SAP Cost Engineering Pod’ which is part of the Accounting and Controlling stream. We build, support, and run SAP applications and services to support the UBS core finance processes and group reporting.

We’re looking for a candidate who:
• has completed their bachelor’s or master’s degree no longer than 18 months prior to the program start date
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
• has basic knowledge of PaaS and SaaS concepts
• is experienced in using script languages and OO programming models
• has basic knowledge of devops and CI/CD concepts

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18-months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of commercial strategies and opportunities for UBS. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or several, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
