Your role

Interested in working in financial services, specifically learning about global market trends, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Global Markets Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to have daily exposure to the global financial markets, working on an Investment Bank trading floor in a Sales & Trading role.

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Markets business. We advise clients and do everything that’s needed to buy and sell securities for them from start to finish. We work with hedge funds, pension funds, asset managers and family offices to provide coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing services.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:
• is graduating between 2024 and 2026
• has or is on track for at least a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in their first undergraduate degree
• is fluent in English and Italian, other languages especially Spanish are a plus
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

Your program

Our Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to our firm, provides professional and technical training and teaches you core skills and knowledge of global markets. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations. If you’re ready to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.
