About the Role on the ZRS Training and Development Team:
- Participate and help facilitate the Risk Engineering Training Program (RETP) onboarding sessions to understand program objectives and processes
- Facilitate onboarding activities and support new employee integration
- Review content for RETP modules, including PowerPoint slides and SharePoint materials
- Conduct high-level data analysis of survey results to identify key insights
- Assist the team in organizing and coordinating workshops
- Research emerging trends relevant to RETP and general market conditions and share findings with the team

Basic Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program in the fall semester following the internship
- Must be a rising junior or rising senior at the time of the internship
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering and Business or a related field
- A Rising Senior with an interest in a path into our RETP program
- Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 (current GPA reported by your school)
- Demonstrates problem solving skills in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Excel and PowerPoint experience
- Self-motivated, punctual, professional and able to work independently
