Your Role
- Assist in day-to-day project management and tracking for Nutanix's product portfolio, including unified storage and GenAI initiatives.
- Support the execution of key programs by managing cross-team dependencies and release management processes.
- Explore and propose integrating GenAI technologies into program management practices to enhance team efficiency.
- Demonstrate proficiency in tracking program metrics and data visualization using tools like Jira and Tableau.
- Produce high-quality written communication products, including project documents and weekly reports, suitable for presentation to higher-level audiences.
- Transition from tracking to active management of program dependencies after the initial 60 days, contributing to reporting and visualization efforts.
- Contribute to the successful rollout of product releases during the first 90 days through planning and execution support.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and articulate its processes effectively throughout the internship.
What You Will Bring

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn Jira for data tracking and management.
- Experience with data visualization tools, especially Tableau.
- Hands-on knowledge or interest in AI technologies (GenAI) and their application in program management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling the production of high-quality reports and documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to improve program management processes.
- Pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management).
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e., San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
