Our Customer Support team is the first point of contact for millions around the world, delivering fast, thoughtful help when it matters most. They're the voice of our customers, working closely with product teams to improve experiences and keep wow-level service at the heart of Revolut.
Weโre looking for a Support Specialist who takes ownership of customer issues, thinks deeper to find solutions, and contributes to the way we support our customers every day.
To support our 24/7 coverage, this role may include night and weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.

What you'll be doing
- Providing customers with a seamless experience to ensure confidence in using our features
- Delivering customer support through in-app live chat, phone, and email
- Representing Revolut by ensuring professional and consistent communication with customers
- Collaborating with international teams to resolve customer issues

What you'll need
- Fluency in English (minimum B2 level)
- A bachelorโs degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
- Experience providing omnichannel support across chat, phone, and email
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and IT skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Empathy and a genuine interest in supporting customers
- To be self-motivated and an adaptable team player
- An independent, problem-solving attitude
- To be able to work from the Mexico City office
