Responsibilities

Keysight’s internship program offers students short-term opportunities to gain valuable real-world experience by contributing to impactful projects within the Supply Chain, Planning, and Procurement organization. As a Procurement Intern, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with NPI Materials/Supply Chain Procurement professionals, Supply Chain Analysts, and Supplier Relationship Managers to support the planning and procurement of direct and indirect materials for local manufacturing operations. You’ll work with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and data platforms to track and optimize inventory and order management, while supporting multi-site inventory coordination to ensure efficient material flow across facilities.

In this role, you’ll be partnered with both Local and Global Procurement teams to develop and refine procurement processes and strategies.

You’ll also contribute to enhancing existing Supply Chain dashboards, utilize tools within the Microsoft 365 suite, including AI, to support digital transformation efforts, and work with cross-functional groups to advance the Digital Supply Chain initiative.

This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to procurement operations, data analytics, and supply chain strategy in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Candidates who wish to be considered must be enrolled in an accredited college/university as of September 2026. Applicants who have graduated before September 2026 will not be considered unless they are entering/applying to a MS or PHD program after graduating.

• Pursuing a BS degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field•  Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills•  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities•  Experience or interest in dashboard/app development and data visualization•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and Copilot is a plus
•  Coursework in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering is a bonus
