Its latest €100m fundraising round (Series C) was led by Hedosophia and Sapphire Venture, with continued support from existing investors including Bessemer Venture Partners, BlackRock, Earlybird, HV Capital, Motive Ventures, and Notion Capital.
We currently employ 200+ people across Europe with our headquarters based in Berlin, Germany, and hubs in Tallinn, Estonia, and London, UK. We would consider hiring remotely for this role. If you do want to move to one of our hubs, we’re happy to support your relocation.
Your mission
As a strategy intern in the COO area you support in driving our teams key initiatives within the COO Area and across the organisation. In this role you will work closely with Stephan, our Chief of Staff to the COO, to directly contribute to the successful execution of our operations and business key objectives.

This role offers you the opportunity to:
- Ownership: You will be at the core of some of the most impactful projects across the COO area. From supporting the definition of our strategy and targets to helping in the execution and tracking, you will be a key stakeholder and truly own the outcome paired, working directly with our Chief of Staff to the COO and the entire COO leadership team.

What you'll bring:
- You have completed at least 1–2 internships in high-growth companies, strategy consulting or venture capital.
- You excel at analyzing complex problems, breaking them down into actionable insights, and driving measurable outcomes.
- You thrive in cross-functional teams, aligning efforts toward shared goals. You're comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- You enjoy developing and articulating strategic initiatives, while also diving into the details to ensure flawless execution.
- You're passionate about fintech, eager to learn, and driven to transform the investment world to empower more people to invest.
- You have excellent written and oral skills in English and German
- You have a minimum of 4 months & are based in Berlin
