The Product Team creates high-quality end-to-end experiences for travelers, partners, and Expedia Group. Our customer-first mindset focuses on developing products that encourage loyalty and repeat business from our travelers and partners. We partner closely with teams across Expedia Group to achieve growth and results for our customers and company.
The Reservations team within the Supply Partner Experience Group is responsible for building capabilities for our partners, such as hotels and vacation rental property managers, to run their business with ease. Our highly resilient web experiences and APIs run in the cloud using Amazon Web service to power those capabilities. We work in an agile environment with a DevOps model to keep up with the travel evolution landscape. Our engineers are involved in every aspect of the application lifecycle, constantly measuring how it performs, so we can continue improving our user experience and underlying platform.
Our team is the core of the Expedia Group partner experience where 77M hotel and vacation rental bookings flow through annually. Your contributions will directly impact the hundreds of thousands of partners around the world that use our platform to manage reservations. Our mission is to drive more bookings through our marketplace by enabling partners to handle their bookings throughout the entire lifecycle of a stay. This role will be contributing to our key initiatives to continuously optimize user experiences and make our platform easily extensible for other lines of business.

In this role, you will

Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree/masterโs degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred: 2+ years of professional experience in software development or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience collaborating with quality assurance teams on test planning, manual testing, and test automation. You understand the importance of building high-quality software and enjoy improving testing processes.
- Experience developing software in an agile environment, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Hands-on experience working with at least one of the following development technologies: JavaScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, building web-based customer experiences.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining software in production environments using public or hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- Commitment to designing with the user in mind, ensuring accessibility and usability are considered at every stage.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk) to track performance and maintain reliability.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning, professional growth, and contributing to a supportive team culture.
