Responsibilities:
- Design and implement modules to Zoom’s eCommerce infrastructure using microservices design Patterns.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical support to resolving issues in production environment.
- Analyze and optimize program performance, and monitoring.
- Utilize Agile Software Methodology to deliver solutions iteratively and produce high quality technical design documents that utilize UML diagrams and design patterns.
- Collaborate with other Enterprise Systems teams to deliver end-to-end solutions utilizing Billing, CRM, CPQ, Phone, Taxation, and Payment systems.
What we're looking for:
Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent. Must have 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 2 years of experience in the following:
- Object-oriented programming in Java;
- Redis/Memcached non-relational database caching;
- Data storage and table design skills using the MySQL relational database;
- AOP and IOC using Spring lightweight framework;
- Asynchronous message queue using Async MQ;
- Performance tuning high availability service development; and
- Security in software development.
- Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel.
