We are currently looking for a Sales Back Office Support Intern and you will be a part of our Sales and Marketing team. You will have an opportunity to see the marketing activities from the inside of a global company and try it on your own. You will get to work with a different departments within Lenovo as well as our business partners, agencies and suppliers.
What will you learn from us?
You will learn the entire Sales process at Lenovo, and actively contribute towards innovation within the organization and gain strong business and technical acumen.
As a part of our team you will have an opportunity to participate in:
- Open events to launch new products;
- Product training on a monthly basis, organized by sales team for a PR agency and Soft skill training organized by Lenovo;
- Lenovo organized or 3rd party events of our BPs and all gaming events.
You will be responsible for:
- Daily administrative agenda.
- Daily communication with sales team including technical support, reporting, sales analyses, pricelist and retail Business Partner's listing management.
- Maintenance of local demo pool including Business Partner's, Journalists and Customers communication.
- Working with visual appearance and branding.
- Processing of tender materials and preparation for sales for bidding quotas in the system (correct selection of models and configurations).
Position Requirements:
- Current student of Technical universities with focus IT technologies, Marketing and business administration or Economy
- Availability for approx. 20 hours per week
- Advanced knowledge of English, advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
- Be people friendly, proactive and willing to communicate with Lenovo colleagues
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools, communication channels and brand identity is welcomed
