โResponsibilitiesโ
- Administer and analyze sales incentive compensation plans.
- Calculate and validate sales commissions and bonuses for accuracy.
- Provide reporting and insights on incentive performance and payout trends.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to optimize compensation models.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support plan design changes and assist in compensation strategy reviews.

โQualificationsโ
Education & Experience
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2โ4 years of experience in sales compensation, financial analysis, or related roles.
- Prior experience in a corporate sales operations, finance, or HR compensation role is preferred.

Skills & Knowledge
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in data analysis, validation and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and other analytical tools.
- Familiarity with sales compensation software (e.g., Xactly, CallidusCloud, Anaplan, Varicent) is a plus.
- Understanding of sales compensation structures, including commission plans, bonuses, and SPIFFs.
- Ability to interpret and apply compensation policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in sales operations, finance, or related fields is a plus
