Our Global Sales Compensation team is growing and looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Entry-Level Sales Compensation Data Analyst to join us. In this role, you will support the administration of sales incentive plans, analyze incentive data, and generate insights to drive revenue growth. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for data analysis, sales incentives, and process optimization to develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This is on-site position in Santa Rosa, CA.
- Assist in calculating and validating sales compensation payouts.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and commission data to ensure accuracy.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track compensation trends and performance metrics.
- Support the administration of sales incentive programs and commission plans.
- Help identify process improvements and automation opportunities in compensation reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

โQualificationsโ
Education & Background
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Internship or coursework experience in data analysis, sales operations, or finance is a plus.
- Strong interest in sales compensation, incentive structures, and data-driven decision-making.

Technical & Analytical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
- Experience or familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SQL or other data querying tools is beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of programming, familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
- Knowledge of sales compensation software (e.g., Xactly, Varicent) is a bonus but not required.
