This position is within the Electronic Industrial Solutions Group (EISG), where we research, innovate, develop, and manufacture the worldβs most advanced manufacturing test solutions used to produce various electronic products, such as notebook motherboards, automotive ECUs, and smart meters.
As a Research Engineer, you will play a crucial role in a multidisciplinary team of R&D engineers focused on developing next-generation electrical systems and components. Your primary focus will be on processing and analyzing complex RF test data to enhance system test performance and accracy. Your key responsibilities include:
- Processing and analyzing complex RF test data using AI/ML algorithms to extract meaningful insights, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
- Conducting in-depth literature reviews to stay updated on the latest advancements in RF and microwave sensing technologies relevant to semiconductor testing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, systems engineers, and software developers, to integrate and optimize RF test solutions within our test systems.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and meeting customer requirements by working closely with the project team throughout the development process.
- Developing and implementing test benches for validating and verifying code against models, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Specialization or coursework in RF and Microwave Engineering is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:
- Experience in processing and analyzing complex RF test data using AI/ML algorithms to extract meaningful insights and improve system performance.
- Strong knowledge of RF and microwave sensing technologies.
- Proficiency in using RF test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- Experience with RF simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, CST, ADS).
- Familiarity with semiconductor testing and related standards.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C/C++ for test automation.

Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in RF and microwave systems design and testing.

Desired Qualifications

- Strong background in signal integrity and high-frequency circuit design.
