Educational Requirements:
- 3 A-Levels at grade B or above (or equivalent qualifications).
- GCSEs at grade B or above, particularly in core subjects such as English and Mathematics.

- Professional approach when dealing with internal and external contacts.
- Strong client focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to analyse situations effectively and provide well-thought-out recommendations.

- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.

The Application Process

Start date for the UK, International & Specialty Programme will be September 2026.
The recruitment process will commence with telephone interviews, which are scheduled to take place during November and December 2025, followed by assessment centres that are planned to occur in early 2026 to ensure a thorough and comprehensive selection process.
