How you'll make an impact
βAs a Graduate Actuarial Analyst, you will be immersed in all aspects of front line actuarial work for our insurance clients from early in your career, including:
- Analysis for client pitches and meetings and participation in client meetings
- Assisting in building reinsurance pricing models and actuarial benchmarks
- Data collection and manipulation in spreadsheets and other database applications
- Developing expertise in using proprietary Financial Modelling and Reinsurance Optimisation software

Educational Requirements
Minimum 2:1 degree in Maths or Actuarial Science and 128 UCAS points (2017 UK tariff) including A-Level Maths/Economics grade A/B or equivalent qualification.

- Demonstrated enthusiasm and keen interest in the fields of Insurance, Risk Management, and Reinsurance.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional numerical literacy and quantitative analysis skills.
- Proficiency in statistical and mathematical methodologies.

Start date for the UK, International & Specialty Programme will be September 2026.
The recruitment process will commence with telephone interviews, which are scheduled to take place during November and December 2025, followed by assessment centres that are planned to occur in early 2026 to ensure a thorough and comprehensive selection process.
