Expedia Groupโs Telecom Expense Management (TEM) team is part of the InfoSec Division, supporting Global Technology Operations across multiple brands and business units. Based in London, the team oversees telecom and IT service ordering, invoicing, forecasting, and cost optimization. We manage over 200 billing accounts and 100+ provisioning orders annually, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure efficient service delivery and financial control.

In This Role You Will:
- Support telecom service planning, provisioning, and lifecycle management
- Maintain accurate inventory of data circuits and network hardware
- Process invoices and manage telecom-related expenses
- Collaborate with Finance and Procurement on forecasting and budgeting
- Track and manage vendor licenses, maintenance agreements, and purchase orders
- Identify opportunities for automation and cost efficiency
- Stay informed on telecom industry trends and advise on connectivity strategy

Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and modelling skills using tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau
- Experience with financial planning, procurement, and expense management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to present data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Management, Financial Management, or equivalent experience

- Experience managing IT and telecom expenses
- Familiarity with Accounts Payable tools (Oracle, SFTP)
- Vendor management and contract negotiation experience
- Technical knowledge of IP networking, internet/cloud/private line services
- Experience with automation tools (API, SaaS platforms)
- Prior use of a 3rd party TEM tool (e.g., Calero VeraSMART)
