Manage a portfolio of insurance clients, including handling endorsements, billing, and policy maintenance (inclusion, exclusion, modifications, and collections).
Activate policy issuance, review, and confirm policies to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support the administration of insurance programs, ensuring timely updates and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet operational goals.
What you need to have:
Technical, technologist, or professional degree in a relevant field.
1 to 2 years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C)
Intermediate Excel skills and advanced English proficiency.
Knowledge of P&C insurance processes, including all-risk, cargo, liability, and IRF (excluding auto), with a focus on compliance and benefits.
